Directions to the Unity Church in Lake Oswego.   From I-5, take exit 290 and go northeast on Lower Boone's Ferry Road. Stay in the right lane, which exits right onto Country Club Drive. Country Club Drive becomes A Ave. in downtown Lake Oswego. Turn right on 3rd St. We are in the building on the corner of A Ave. and 3rd St.

 

From I-205, take exit 8 and turn north on state highway 43. When you get into downtown Lake Oswego, turn left on A Ave. Then turn left on 3rd St. We are in the building on the corner of A Ave. and 3rd St.

Meeting Time: Meetings are held from 9:00-11:30 a.m. on the 2nd Saturday of September, November, January, March and May.

Our Mission

Chapter objectives include promoting the sharing, understanding, and responsible use of psychological type.  This may be accomplished through the following:

a.  Regular meetings to provide an opportunity for members to meet and discuss type and type-related issues
b.  Sponsoring workshops or seminars
c.  Recruiting additional membership
d.  Developing activities useful for exploring type
e.  Conducting research
f.   Conducting type-based community education programs
g.  Conducting joint programs with other professional associations
h.  Other appropriate activities as decided by the Chapter Board of Directors

APT members are dedicated to the use of psychological type theory to honor and enhance the dignity of individuality of people.  They are committed to increasing their own and others' knowledge of psychological type theory and to use this knowledge to promote individual and social welfare.  As practitioners of the theory of psychological type, APT members therefore, conduct themselves in accordance with the Statement on Ethical Principles of the Association for Psychological Type--Central.
